Roca Climbing & Fitness is a state-of-the art indoor climbing facility with a yoga and fitness studio located in Northwest Rochester.  The facility is locally-owned and offers a wide range of climbing walls, bouldering, fitness equipment and yoga classes.  Within Roca, there is a well-stocked pro-shop that carries a variety of climbing equipment, yoga mats and accessories, and clothing.   There are monthly climbing classes as well youth and adult programming.  Upstairs, there is a private yoga studio that offers daily yoga classes and monthly workshops.  You can purchase day passes, punch cards, monthly and yearly memberships.  Gift cards are sold online and in-store.
